Your focus will be on acquiring new customers and (strategic) business development through to the successful conclusion of contracts. Technical experts at Novicos will support you with application topics, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.

Your responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new customers for CAE and simulation software (Simcenter, Altair)

  • Establishment of a sustainable sales pipeline and systematic market development

  • Identification of decision-makers and

  • Establishment of a sustainable sales pipeline and systematic market development

  • Identification of decision-makers and stakeholders in the industrial environment

  • Positioning CAE tools as a strategic solution for development and validation processes

  • Control of the entire sales cycle: Lead → Opportunity → Closing

  • Initiation and coordination of software demos, workshops, and evaluations

  • Close collaboration with technical presales and engineering teams

  • Collaboration with software manufacturers and technology partners

  • Maintenance of CRM, forecasts, and sales-related key figures

Your profile

  • Completed technical degree or comparable qualification

  • Several years of experience in active B2B sales of CAE, simulation, or engineering software

  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Business fluent German and English

  • Willingness to travel for customer appointments and industry events
