Test safely before things get serious
In space travel, second chances are rare: often, only a single component or system is available for qualification – destroying a prototype is not an option. This workshop focuses on the practical planning and implementation of environmental and qualification tests (including vibration, sound, shock, mission profiles). The goal is to use a test system in such a way that all necessary verifications can be performed without endangering the only available hardware. Simulation and digital twins help to derive meaningful test profiles and load levels.

The workshop is aimed at development engineers, test managers, and technical project managers in space projects who need to perform environmental and qualification tests under realistic operating conditions and want to make optimal use of their test system for this purpose.
