Test safely before things get serious
In space travel, second chances are rare: even during prototyping, only one part or system is usually available for testing – so destroying a prototype is not an option. In this workshop, we will show you how simulation-based test planning can help you validate your qualification process so that you can approach each individual test run with greater peace of mind and confidence.
Define test limits reliably with simulation
The workshop is aimed at development engineers, test managers, and technical project managers in space projects who want to make their qualification and stress tests more predictable, safer, and more efficient.
This event will be exciting for you if...
... Your only sample part must safely pass the qualification and stress test.
... you want to find critical load combinations (temperature, vibration, cycles, etc.) digitally first instead of on the test bench.
... you want to set up the simulation in such a way that the results are truly test-relevant and reliable.
... you want to calibrate and validate models with measurement data in order to base tests on them reliably.
... you want to establish a consistent workflow and clearly demonstrate its benefits in terms of costs, risks, and deadlines.
Seeing is believing: You will learn in hands-on phases, during which we will prepare hardware setups together, carry out tests, and apply the methods presented directly.
